About the Role
Join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland (CCEP) in Berlin as the Head of Category Development & Commercial Insights, where you will support the nationwide bottling and distribution of Coca-Cola brands including Coke, Fanta, and Sprite. Our Commercial Development team values diversity and individuality, emphasizing personality and motivation above all else.
Responsibilities
- Adapt the international Category Vision locally and implement “Total Store” approaches to drive growth.
- Identify, prioritize, and collaboratively execute potential improvements in assortment, shelf space, and product placement with key customers.
- Lead the growth agenda by continuously generating market, shopper, and customer insights and converting complex data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Manage and develop a results-driven team focused on customer proximity and actively oversee the talent pipeline.
Candidate Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant professional experience including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of contribution margin levers with micro- and macro-economic market understanding and proficiency in market research data analysis.
- High competence in Key Account Management with experience managing complex interfaces up to top management levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills and fluent English language abilities.
