Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations

About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Capital Formation and Investor Relations to spearhead capital raising efforts for a newly established venture capital platform focusing on Healthcare, Technology, MedTech, Biotech, Regenerative Medicine, and Longevity sectors. This full-time position is based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the complete fundraising strategy from initial to final closing stages.
• Establish, nurture, and maintain relationships with limited partners (LPs).
• Coordinate investor meetings, conduct due diligence, and manage the entire capital raising process.
• Create investor presentation materials and contribute to the expansion and growth of the fund.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 6+ years of experience in capital formation, venture capital, private equity, fund placement, or institutional fundraising roles.
• Demonstrable success in securing capital for private funds.
• Extensive network spanning family offices, institutional investors, and private wealth management channels.
• Deep understanding of LP fundraising processes, investor relationship management, and private fund structural frameworks.
