Role overview
As Head of Asset Management for Agri-PV and BESS, you will take ownership of building and further developing the company’s asset management function. Your focus will be on ensuring that the growing portfolio of agrivoltaic plants and future battery storage systems is operated in a technically sound, commercially efficient, and fully compliant way.
You will combine technical understanding with commercial oversight, create scalable processes and structures, and take responsibility for the long-term performance of the assets. Working closely with the founding team, you will help shape a future-ready asset management setup with a high degree of entrepreneurial ownership.
There is also a future opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibility in managing an independent asset management company within the group.

Key responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the technical and commercial management of the portfolio, including Agri-PV installations and future BESS projects.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable asset management structures, including workflows, standards, reporting, and KPIs.
- Own the technical and financial performance of the assets throughout their full life cycle.
- Manage and ensure the quality of external O&M providers and other operational partners.
- Analyze plant performance, yields, and operating data to identify and drive improvement opportunities.
- Independently handle budget planning, cost control, cash flow tracking, and business case analysis.
- Prepare investor reports, management updates, and decision materials for leadership.
- Work with project development, EPC, engineering, finance, and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory, technical, and contractual compliance.
Candidate profile
- Completed degree in electrical engineering, energy engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in asset management, technical management, or the operation of renewable energy systems.
- Strong knowledge of technical and commercial asset management for PV, storage, or similar energy infrastructure projects.
- Solid understanding of PV systems, grid connections, operations management, and technical performance indicators.
- Experience managing external service providers and working with complex stakeholder environments.
- Exposure to building processes, structures, or organizational units is considered an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, and a clear focus on results and execution.
- Very good German and English skills.
