Role Overview
The Head of Hospital Projects & Expansion (Ayurveda) will work remotely full-time, spearheading the growth of Ayurvedic hospital and clinical center networks. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and planning new hospital initiatives, conducting feasibility assessments, and crafting expansion plans aligned with organizational goals.
This position entails end-to-end project oversight, from design coordination and budgeting to selecting vendors and ensuring compliance while meeting delivery schedules. Daily activities involve close collaboration with clinical, operations, finance, and marketing departments to develop patient care pathways integrating Ayurvedic therapies. The role demands establishing partnerships with healthcare providers, managed care organizations, and regulators, alongside monitoring operational performance of existing facilities and enhancing patient care, operational efficiency, and revenue streams.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical capabilities for feasibility studies, performance tracking, and data-driven decisions.
- Strategic planning expertise to develop expansion strategies and long-term network growth frameworks.
- Understanding of healthcare, including Medicare and managed care, to effectively manage operations, reimbursement, and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant experience in hospital project management, healthcare operations, or network expansion within Ayurveda or related domains is highly valued.
- Preferred postgraduate education in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or related fields; familiarity with Ayurveda or integrative medicine is beneficial.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment, handle multiple projects, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, alongside proficiency with digital tools for tracking and reporting.
