Job Overview
Eastman Auto & Power Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function. This leadership role involves developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive EHS policies and programs that adhere to legal and regulatory standards to enhance workplace safety and environmental stewardship.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and enforce robust EHS policies, protocols, and initiatives to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.
- Perform periodic audits and inspections to assess EHS performance, identifying improvement opportunities and recommending corrective measures.
- Work closely with various departments to establish and roll out process safety strategies, risk evaluations, and thorough incident analyses.
- Deliver EHS training tailored to employees across all organizational levels to cultivate awareness and best practice adherence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 13 and up to 21 years of professional experience in a senior Environment Health & Safety capacity or similar discipline.
- Comprehensive expertise in Environmental Compliance, Occupational Health, Process Safety, and Industrial Hygiene.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing effective EHS management systems within industrial environments.
