Position Overview

We are expanding our team and invite applications for the role of a mobile caretaker (Hauswart-Flex Tour-mobil m/w/d) based in Berlin-Lichtenberg and Wandlitz.

Primary Responsibilities

• Managing assigned properties through mobile deployment utilizing a company vehicle.
• Executing individual tasks related to building cleaning and facility supervision.
• Conducting activities critical for safety and security.
• Monitoring and ensuring traffic safety.
• Managing transport assignments as required.
• Assisting the team leadership as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Completion of vocational training or equivalent work experience in building cleaning.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and relevant equipment operation.
• Flexibility regarding deployment locations and schedules.
• Good communication skills with proficiency in German at least B2 level.
• Polite and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Physical resilience and stamina.
• Valid driving license, minimum class B.
