We are currently seeking a dedicated Hausmeister:in (Facility Maintenance Technician) for KOB GmbH at various locations including Bad Kissingen, Gemünden am Main, Hammelburg, Oberleichtersbach, Oberthulba, or Schweinfurt.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned properties are maintained in a functional and traffic-safe condition.
• Monitor and use tools and equipment correctly; oversee their technical condition, coordinate maintenance activities, and manage scheduling with external service providers.
• Perform repair, touch-up painting, and restoration work on building structures as needed.
• Carry out minor maintenance and upkeep duties for the bus washing system.
• Manage timetable displays and take care of maintenance and cleaning of bus stops.
• Provide technical support for dishwashing mobile units.

Candidate Profile

• You should have technical or manual vocational training with practical experience in property maintenance.
• Possess both craftsmanship skills and technical aptitude.
• Be physically fit, adaptable, proactive, and present yourself in a courteous, customer-oriented manner.
• Have solid computer skills, comfortable with tablets, PCs, and standard software including Microsoft Office.
• A valid Class BE driver's license is mandatory; possession of or willingness to acquire Class D/DE license is advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo further training for oil separator operation and electrical inspections is desirable.
