The company executes over 60 projects countrywide, with up to ten currently under construction. These include new construction projects emphasizing digital planning and building, as well as renovation, revitalization, and repurposing of existing structures and disused industrial areas.

Role Overview

As part of our growing team in Berlin, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Hausmeister (caretaker) to join us promptly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise buildings and technical installations
• Carry out minor repairs along with maintenance and restoration tasks
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and safety
• Oversee and coordinate external service providers and craftspeople
• Care for outdoor areas, including greenery maintenance, cleaning, and winter services
• Receive and manage disturbance reports effectively
• Assist with remodeling tasks and internal relocations
• Conduct apartment handovers and takeovers
• Perform administrative duties and general office organization
• Independently document tasks and coordinate scheduling

Qualifications

• A completed vocational qualification in a technical or manual trade is advantageous
• Experience as a caretaker or in a similar role is desired
• Strong manual skills and technical understanding
• Capable of independent, reliable, and structured working methods
• Good organizational skills coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
• Familiarity with digital tools is a plus
• Polite and well-groomed demeanor with strong teamwork abilities
• Possession of a Class B driving license
