About the Company

AYDIN Group is a modern real estate company specializing in the acquisition, value enhancement, and management of residential and commercial properties. We are expanding our team to include a dependable and motivated Hausmeister (caretaker) to manage our properties in the Rhine-Main area, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Job Location & Schedule

Location: Darmstadt
Start: Immediate
Employment: Full-time, onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks independently.
• Carry out regular inspection rounds inside and outside the buildings.
• Maintain and clean outdoor areas such as green spaces, pathways, and conduct winter services.
• Monitor building technical systems and report any malfunctions.
• Coordinate, supervise, and control external service providers and craftspeople.
• Assist with apartment inspections, handovers, and simple renovation projects.
• Document tasks performed, defects found, and completed work.
• Serve as on-site contact person for tenants and internal teams.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a caretaker, facility technician, or in a technical trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, painting, facility services) is advantageous.
• Strong manual skills and technical understanding.
• Independent, reliable, and solution-focused working style.
• Friendly demeanor with good communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).
• Readiness to work flexible hours and occasionally outside regular times.
• Good command of the German language.
