About the Role
Multi-Color Corporation (MCC), a leading global provider of premium labels, is actively hiring a dependable and proactive Guillotine Operator to work the permanent night shift at our Castlebar, County Mayo facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and efficiently operate various guillotine machines.
- Maintain checkpoints and standard operating procedures throughout the production run.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Safely transport materials using a powered hand truck.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standard operating procedures to meet customer specifications.
Candidate Requirements
- Keen attention to detail.
- Basic numeracy skills.
- Effective communication capabilities.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions accurately.
- Proficient English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Capability to collaborate efficiently within a fast-paced team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
