About the Role
An opportunity is available for a Guest Services Executive - Guest Relations to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. This role focuses on delivering highly personalized guest care, strengthening relationships with repeat visitors and VIPs, and supporting memorable stays through attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture lasting connections with returning guests and VIP visitors while ensuring their preferences are recognized and handled with care.
- Gather guest opinions proactively and analyze feedback to help drive service enhancements and improve overall satisfaction.
- Address complicated guest concerns with tact, empathy, and professionalism, aiming for prompt and effective resolutions.
- Support the planning and coordination of guest celebrations and special events so that every detail is handled smoothly and exceeds expectations.
- Spot opportunities to improve service standards and help put better practices into place that strengthen the overall guest experience.
- Suggest hotel services and packages in a thoughtful, personalized way that adds value to each guest’s stay.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate should bring hospitality experience, strong people skills, and the ability to work comfortably in a diverse environment.
Experience and Skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or a similar industry.
- Previous exposure to multicultural workplaces.
- Excellent spoken and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a guest-focused approach.
- Fluency in English.
