Job Overview

We are seeking a Guest Service Executive specializing in spa services to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The role involves ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience for every guest by maintaining professionalism and friendliness. Responsibilities include welcoming and guiding guests, having comprehensive knowledge of spa treatments and products, effectively promoting and upselling services, managing bookings and billing accurately, and promptly addressing guest feedback and requests to sustain high satisfaction levels.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Higher Secondary School certificate or an equivalent country-specific qualification.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a strong customer service focus.
• Capable of lifting and handling heavy luggage and standing for extended periods.
• Work effectively in a team with attention to accuracy and details.
• Be reliable, honest, sincere, and energetic.
