Role Overview
We are seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to join the Pacific Club lounge team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional service during breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, while ensuring the highest standards for guest satisfaction are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the Pacific Club lounge environment during buffet and service hours.
- Serve food and beverages accurately while ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the lounge area.
- Identify and report any issues related to lounge fixtures or equipment, following up as needed.
- Manage requisition and inventory for food & beverage, administrative, and operational supplies.
- Handle guest requests and feedback attentively, aiming to enhance guest experiences.
- Stay updated on VIP and lobby activities daily.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs by confirming reservations, allocating rooms, issuing keys, processing payments, and coordinating with housekeeping for room readiness.
- Support the handling of cashiering and closing reports through computer systems.
- Collaborate with the Club Manager and team members in various operational tasks.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in the hospitality service sector.
- A sincere passion for achieving excellent guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Willingness to engage in genuine human connections and create memorable guest experiences.
