About the Role
Penta Hotels is looking for a Front Office Guest Service Agent who welcomes visitors, supports them throughout their stay, and helps create a warm, home-like experience. The role combines guest interaction, front desk coordination, and office tasks in a lively hotel environment in Leipzig.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests as their first point of contact and welcome them with a refreshing drink while handling the check-in process.
- Share helpful recommendations about places and activities around the hotel.
- Assist new guests so they can find their way around the property with ease.
- Handle front office administration such as replying to emails, checking invoices, and managing and closing the shift cash register.
- Say goodbye to departing guests in a friendly way so they leave with a positive impression of the hotel.
Skills and Requirements
- Completed training in the hotel industry, ideally with strong front desk knowledge.
- Good hygiene awareness and a consistent approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Familiarity with Opera as a working tool.
- Confident communication in both German and English.
- An attentive, communicative attitude and the ability to contribute positively to a team.
