Role Overview

Join Lancemore Crossley St., a stylish boutique hotel located in the heart of Melbourne’s theatre district within the free tram zone. We are looking for a warm and proactive Guest Service Agent to be a part of our Front Office team, delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate efficient guest check-in and check-out procedures to ensure a seamless service.
• Address guest inquiries promptly with a friendly and professional manner.
• Share local insights and details about hotel amenities and services.
• Keep guest information accurately updated and bookings properly logged.
• Manage incoming emails and phone communications courteously and efficiently.
• Assist with breakfast service operations and participate in the popular Hosted Hour events.
• Support daily administrative tasks and front desk activities as required.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to uphold service excellence.
• Quickly and effectively resolve any guest issues or concerns.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere that enhances guest satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• Personable individual with excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Previous experience in similar hospitality roles is advantageous but not essential; attitude is valued most.
• Comfortable with technology; familiarity with hotel management systems is beneficial.
• RSA certification preferred; experience in barista or bar roles is a plus.
