Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Guest Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at the Matrix Hotel. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining guest rooms by performing tasks such as changing towels, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring guest rooms are fully stocked, clean, and welcoming. Additionally, you will assist guests by responding to their inquiries to provide a comfortable and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms efficiently, including towel replacement, bed making, and bathroom cleaning
• Ensure rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies
• Address guest questions and requests courteously
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness to support positive guest experiences

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of one year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Physically able to lift linen bundles weighing up to 50 lbs
• Effective organizational and time-management skills
• Flexible availability, able to work days, evenings, and weekends

Work Environment & Culture
