Public Area Cleaner - Early/Late Shifts

Position Overview

Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Public Area Cleaner, where you will receive dedicated training through our Dalata Academy and access guidance from experienced team members. Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and order in all hotel public spaces to Dalata's standards.
• Prepare rooms and general hotel areas to meet quality expectations.
• Identify and report items or areas requiring maintenance promptly.
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and amenities for guests and staff.
• Offer assistance to other departments, including room cleaning and accommodation support, when needed.
• Deliver courteous and helpful service to guests and team members throughout shifts.
• Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation standards consistently.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols including manual handling and chemical usage.
• Work flexibly on shifts starting as early as 7am and extending up to 10pm.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service roles.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, busy work environment.
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate.
