About the Role
Join Dalata Hotel Group as a Kitchen Porter, where you will receive comprehensive training through our Dalata Academy to acquire essential kitchen skills. Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the efficient operation of the kitchen.
- Follow directions from department managers and assist in monitoring food quality.
- Ensure a consistent supply of clean cookware, utensils, and wares.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold HACCP food safety standards.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience is required.
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Capable of working effectively both independently and as a member of a team.
