Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and stock guest rooms adhering to Crescent's high cleanliness standards.
• Clean bathroom fixtures including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and agents, often requiring reaching overhead and bending motions.
• Follow established cleaning protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
• Strip and remake beds, changing linens as needed; reposition bedspreads weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, decorations, drawers, window sills, and shelves meticulously.
• Vacuum room thoroughly, manage waste disposal by emptying trash.
• Replenish guest room amenities, linens, and supplies as necessary.
• Handle room keys responsibly, distribute linens via heavy carts to rooms, and perform visual inspections to confirm cleanliness before marking completion.
• Adhere to attendance policies and maintain consistent availability.
• Fulfill additional related duties as assigned.

• Familiarity with chemical cleaning supplies and the operation of cleaning machinery.
• Physical capability to push or pull equipment weighing as much as 100 lbs.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks involving scrubbing, extending arms overhead, and working in confined spaces.
