Job description

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned GTM Enablement Manager to join and help build a top-tier Revenue Enablement function. This role is central to transforming product knowledge, sales strategies, and GTM plans into actionable tools, training sessions, and programs that enhance the capabilities of our sales and client-facing teams.

Reporting directly to the GTM Enablement Director, you will take ownership of end-to-end enablement programs, collaborate with GTM leadership, and actively influence improvements in critical revenue performance indicators across the company. This position demands cross-departmental collaboration including Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold standards for effective sales practices at the company.
  • Ensure sales representatives are fully prepared and confident to close deals.
  • Continuously refine what constitutes sales excellence within the organization.
  • Manage and enhance onboarding initiatives to accelerate new GTM team members’ readiness and quota attainment.
  • Support the Technical Enablement Manager in developing product and solution training covering all sales stages.
  • Conduct regular training workshops, role-playing sessions, and certification programs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create and maintain sales tools such as playbooks, competitive materials, objection handling guides, and scripted communications.
  • Ensure uniformity and quality across sales content materials.
  • Optimize creation, management, and application of sales content to increase efficiency.
  • Produce engaging enablement content and organize participation-inviting programs.
  • Design and execute recurrent enablement initiatives, including onboarding, biweekly calls, product trainings and launches, and reinforcement of sales methodologies.
  • Measure program effectiveness through metrics like ramp times, win rates, deal velocity, and content usage.
  • Leverage data and AI technology to detect gaps and prioritize enablement efforts.
  • Conduct quarterly in-person workshops for global teams.
  • Develop trusted partnerships with Sales and Sales Leadership to identify and resolve deal impediments.
  • Work with Revenue Operations to enhance use of tools, processes, and CRM data quality.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Partnerships, and sales teams to align enablement with business goals.
  • Manage and evolve the enablement technology stack including platforms like Sana and Clari Co-Pilot.
  • Explore and implement AI solutions to improve enablement program effectiveness and scalability.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales enablement coupled with prior direct sales experience.
  • Proven ability to design and develop enablement programs in B2B SaaS or developer tools sectors.
  • Skilled in independently creating program content such as presentations, one-pagers, e-learning modules, and workshops.
  • Excellent written communication skills, able to simplify technical information for sales professionals.
  • Analytical approach focused on measuring outcomes and driving impact.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments; capable of establishing process structure and adapting rapidly.
  • Strong influencing skills without formal authority across diverse stakeholders.
  • Experienced in conducting in-person workshops tailored for different roles and skill levels.
  • Knowledgeable about sales methodologies including MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
  • Curious about how AI can be applied to streamline and enhance enablement activities, with an interest in enabling non-technical peers to leverage AI tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • Background or interest in data infrastructure, cloud technologies, or open-source software.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Sana LMS, Clari Co-Pilot, Claude AI, Google Suite, Canva, and Salesforce.

Work Environment & Attributes

  • This position supports a global sales force and requires periodic travel to deliver training, participate in events, and engage with internal stakeholders.
  • The role is based in Cork, Ireland or Austin, Texas, with the expectation to work onsite or in a hybrid mode.
  • Excellent communication skills for clearly articulating complex data to executive audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative to identify organizational gaps and develop effective solutions.
