About Deel
Deel is a unified payroll and HR platform built for globally distributed teams. Its mission is to make worldwide opportunity accessible to individuals, teams, and businesses by bringing together HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits, performance, and equipment management in one system. With AI-enabled capabilities and fully owned payroll infrastructure, Deel serves every worker type across 150+ countries, helping companies grow with greater speed, scale, and compliance.
The company has a workforce of 7,000 people across more than 100 countries, speaking 74 languages and operating in a highly connected, learning-oriented culture. Deel is one of the fastest-growing SaaS businesses in history and is helping reshape how global talent connects with leading companies, removing barriers that have traditionally limited hiring and career growth. In 2024, Deel paid $11.2 billion to workers in nearly 100 currencies and delivered healthcare and benefits to workers in 109 countries.
Its traction is reflected in industry recognition including CNBC Disruptor 50, Forbes Cloud 100, Deloitte Fast 500, and repeated inclusion on Y Combinator’s top companies list, alongside strong customer ratings across major review platforms. Backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 billion in annual recurring revenue achieved in just over five years, the company offers the chance to work on high-impact problems at global scale.
Role Overview
The Growth Solutions Architect / GTM AI Operator for UKI is a hands-on role focused on building, launching, and improving AI-driven systems that power Deel’s go-to-market engine. This is a builder role rather than an advisory one: the expectation is to implement automation, not simply recommend it. Working within a centralized AI operations team, you will deploy autonomous agents, redesign revenue workflows, and expand what sales, SDR, and marketing teams can do through automation. The systems you create will directly contribute to pipeline growth and better day-to-day revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
You will create and deploy AI agents for important GTM workflows such as inbound qualification, outbound engagement, and other high-return automation use cases using tools like Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio, and GitHub. You will also run, monitor, and refine live automations, taking ownership of the reliability and performance of workflows in production.
Another major part of the role is helping teams adopt new AI tools. That includes rolling out solutions end to end, creating training resources, and supporting change management so revenue teams use the tools effectively. You will also help maintain and improve Deel’s revenue tech environment, including Salesforce, Outreach, and LISN, by identifying issues and partnering with stakeholders to resolve them.
In addition, you will work closely with Sales, SDR, and Marketing to uncover workflow bottlenecks, convert them into automation opportunities, and deliver improvements that boost productivity and conversion. You will design and document repeatable processes, SOPs, and playbooks so the solutions can scale across a global organization without relying on a single individual. You will also support funnel analysis by reviewing performance data, identifying blockers, and helping bridge gaps between pipeline goals and actual results.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, Growth, or Sales Operations, with practical experience shipping AI- or LLM-based workflows into production. This is a firm requirement.
You should have hands-on experience building agentic workflows with modern AI tools such as Claude Code, n8n, AI Studio, or similar platforms. You also need solid familiarity with CRM and sales engagement systems, including how Salesforce flows, lead routing, and sequence-based engagement work in practice.
Strong analytical ability is important, including comfort using spreadsheets and data to explain performance clearly; SQL knowledge is an advantage. You should understand demand-funnel metrics such as MQL, SAL, SQL, and closed-won and know how these metrics connect across different segments. Clear, proactive communication is essential, along with the ability to raise risks early and bring suggested solutions.
Experience managing projects from scoping through execution and follow-through is expected, as is comfort working in an environment where priorities, tools, and methods evolve quickly.
Perks & Benefits
Deel offers stock grant opportunities depending on role, employment status, and location. Additional perks and benefits vary by employment status and country. The role also includes the flexibility of remote work, with optional access to WeWork.
Equal Opportunity and Hiring Process
Deel is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds, including those protected by applicable laws on race, religion, sex, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, disability, pregnancy, or maternity status.
Communication with applicants is typically sent from Deel-owned email domains. Applicants can review current openings through the company’s careers page. Deel also provides accommodations for candidates with disabilities during the recruitment, selection, and assessment process; applicants needing support should contact the Talent Acquisition Team or recruiting@deel.com if they cannot access the form.
The hiring process primarily uses interviews and role-related assessments. In some cases, informal background information relevant to the role may also be considered in line with privacy and fairness obligations. Deel uses Automated Employment Decision Tools and AI systems to support candidate evaluation based on experience, technical ability, and qualifications. As a fully remote company, it also uses AI-based deepfake and fraud detection tools to confirm candidate identity during assessments and interviews. Human oversight remains part of final hiring decisions, and personal data is not used to train AI models. For NYC residents, an independent bias audit has been completed for the AEDT system.
