- Propose innovative recruitment strategies to support the company’s long-term growth.
- Implement and refine recruitment processes aligned with Amazon’s mission of delivering top-quality outcomes.
- Document and communicate recruitment plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
Sourcing and Candidate Engagement
- Proactively source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, X-ray searches, and other platforms targeting remote sites.
- Engage candidates effectively to cultivate interest and evaluate suitability.
- Screen candidates through phone interviews to select the most appropriate individuals.
Screening and Evaluation
- Conduct phone and virtual screenings to assess qualifications and skill compatibility.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) alongside sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, and others.
Required Skills
- Expertise in Boolean and advanced search methodologies to find candidates with niche skills using diverse sourcing channels.
- Ability to gather requirements, source, and screen candidates in specialized fields efficiently.
- Capability to communicate compelling role-based value propositions to candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic, creative sourcing approaches for stakeholders.
Desired Skills
- Market intelligence skills to understand talent pools and target suitable candidates from specific organizations.
