Role Overview
We are recruiting a full-time Growth & Partnerships Manager based in Auckland, New Zealand. This commission-based position focuses on identifying, assessing, and securing strategic partnerships that enhance revenue and broaden market share. Responsibilities entail managing partner relationships, monitoring account performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal departments to meet partnership goals. The role also includes analyzing market data, generating reports and forecasts, and delivering insights and recommendations to senior management. Coordination with marketing, product, and operations teams to design joint ventures, enhance partner satisfaction, and ensure strategic alignment are key parts of this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong capability in analyzing financial and market data to convert insights into practical business strategies.
- Proven expertise in forming, developing, and scaling strategic partnerships.
- Experience in account management with a successful history of maintaining and expanding key partner/client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills for both written and verbal stakeholder interactions.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or similar sectors is advantageous.
- Ability to operate cross-functionally, exert influence without formal authority, and manage various projects simultaneously.
- Competence in using CRM systems and basic data or analytics tools to monitor partnership outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields, or equivalent relevant experience.
