Role Overview
The Growth Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of Bybit's Earn & Wealth business. This position involves scaling user acquisition, engagement, and asset conversion (Assets Under Management growth) for products like Savings, Staking, Dual Investment, and Launchpool by leveraging data analysis and market insights to continuously optimize business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for user growth, conversion, and retention across Earn & Wealth products.
- Create and refine the entire user lifecycle framework, from onboarding to high-value user upgrades.
- Plan, execute, and assess growth campaigns with an emphasis on return on investment.
- Build user segmentation models based on asset holdings, risk tolerance, behavior, and engagement.
- Design targeted user journeys and engagement plans tailored to specific cohorts.
- Utilize CRM, push notifications, email, and other channels for precise marketing tactics.
- Establish and maintain dashboards monitoring key metrics such as AUM, ARPU, conversion, and retention rates.
- Apply A/B testing and data analytics to optimize user experiences and product interfaces continually.
- Produce comprehensive performance reports to guide product and business decisions.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Business Development, Content, KOL, and Paid Media teams to maximize growth initiatives.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches ensuring operational efficiency throughout the process.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in operations within internet, fintech, or cryptocurrency sectors; wealth/investment product experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and crypto-related products such as savings, staking, structured products, and DeFi yield offerings.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools with a strong analytical aptitude.
- Systems thinking capability to translate complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute and deliver results in dynamic environments.
- Successful track record in user segmentation and lifecycle management.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at leading centralized exchange platforms (e.g., Binance, OKX, Coinbase).
- Knowledge of DeFi ecosystems and on-chain yield products.
- Proven effectiveness in conducting growth campaigns with tangible KPI outcomes.
- Certification such as CFA or CPA, or academic background in finance or related fields.
