Role overview

Bybit is seeking a Copy Lead to help shape the next generation of content production. This position is centered on building efficient systems, improving workflows, using AI to scale output, and driving strong operational standards across a global content team. It is not a conventional copywriting role; the focus is on process design, content operations, and team leadership.

You will oversee the full copy lifecycle for Bybit Global and regulated entities, working alongside the Content Director to redesign how copy requests are received, created, reviewed, approved, and delivered. The goal is to create an AI-enabled content operation that moves faster, maintains higher quality, strengthens brand consistency, and reduces manual work.

What you will do

  • Lead the full copy intake, planning, and delivery process across the organization.

  • Work with Product and AI teams to connect internal AI capabilities with content operations.
  • Own and refine copy standards and style guidance.
  • Protect consistency across customer-facing touchpoints.
  • Maintain tone-of-voice frameworks for global and regulated markets.
  • Build governance processes that support speed while preserving brand quality.
  • Create review and approval structures that work at scale.
  • Manage and coach a team of copywriters and copy operations specialists.
  • Set performance expectations and operational KPIs.
  • Develop training programs centered on AI adoption and operational excellence.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Content Director on the long-term roadmap for content operations.
  • Lead initiatives that improve quality, speed, automation, and scalability.
  • Serve as the bridge between Content, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and AI teams.

Success milestones

  • In the first 90 days, complete a full review of the current copy operation.
  • Identify key workflow issues and implement fixes for the biggest bottlenecks.
  • Put standardized intake and prioritization systems in place.
  • Roll out early AI-enabled workflow improvements.
  • Show measurable gains in turnaround time and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Within 6 months, significantly reduce manual handling across the copy workflow.
  • Introduce AI skills and automation systems that are adopted across the content team.
  • Improve consistency in content quality through AI-assisted governance.
  • Shorten copy request turnaround times.
  • Create the groundwork for a highly automated content production ecosystem.

Candidate profile

The ideal person is a systems thinker who enjoys solving operational problems, reducing friction, and designing scalable workflows. This role suits someone who can lead people while also building the operating model of the future. A strong interest in AI as an enabler of scale, rather than a replacement for creativity, is important.

Experience and preferred background

  • At least 7 years of experience in content operations, editorial operations, content strategy, copy management, marketing operations, or a closely related area.
  • Experience leading content teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated history of improving operational processes.
  • Strong knowledge of content governance, quality assurance, and brand management.
  • Experience handling high-volume content workloads.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI-driven workflows, such as AI-assisted content production, prompt engineering, automation, quality assurance systems, or productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with tools and systems such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, workflow automation platforms, prompt frameworks, and AI orchestration solutions is strongly preferred.
