Role Overview
This position is for an experienced relationship manager who can support and expand institutional business. The right person should bring a strong background in client relationship management within business-partner or crypto trading environments, along with an existing client book that is ready to be onboarded. The role has global market coverage and focuses on trading firms, brokers, and other institutional accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build on current client relationships and ensure continued engagement, satisfaction, and business growth.
- Create and execute practical strategies to improve operations and achieve or surpass targets.
- Spot new revenue opportunities and convert them into business growth.
- Track market developments, competitor actions, and product updates to stay informed.
- Share client-driven feedback with product teams to help improve offerings.
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing and product to keep sales efforts aligned.
- Compile regular performance updates and market observations for management.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience supporting clients in crypto spot, derivatives, or options businesses. A strong history of working with brokers, prop trading firms, exchanges, family offices, asset management firms, and similar institutional clients is required.
Applicants should understand global crypto markets and financial instruments well. Strong spoken and written English and Chinese communication skills are needed, along with a solid network in the crypto trading space.
