Job description

Role overview

This is a remote enterprise sales role for Germany, covering the EMEA region. The employer is a partner company that handles applications and the hiring process end to end. In this position, you will focus on winning new enterprise customers that are in the middle of complex data transformation programs. The role blends strategic selling with strong knowledge of modern data environments, helping clients reach important business goals through technology-led solutions. You will own the full sales cycle, work with both technical and senior business stakeholders, and partner closely with internal experts and strategic allies to shape value-led proposals. The role offers a high level of ownership, visibility, and influence in a fast-growing regional business.

Key accountabilities

  • Take responsibility for the complete enterprise sales journey across EMEA, including prospecting, discovery, negotiation, contracting, and deal closure.
  • Build a healthy new-business pipeline through direct outreach, partnership activity, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Create and maintain trusted relationships with senior business leaders, technical contacts, and executive sponsors in target accounts.
  • Run consultative discovery discussions to uncover business challenges, priorities, and technical needs.
  • Work with technical and delivery teams to design project scope, shape solutions, and support a smooth handover after signature.
  • Steer sales conversations around measurable business outcomes, efficiency gains, and transformation goals.
  • Represent the company at events, partner meetings, customer sessions, and relevant regional networking opportunities.
  • Share market intelligence, customer input, and competitive findings to help guide product direction and market strategy.
  • Keep pipeline records, forecasts, and reporting accurate and up to date to support revenue planning.
  • Help improve and scale sales processes and best practices across the region.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience selling enterprise software, with a clear track record of winning new enterprise clients.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience selling within data, analytics, cloud, or data engineering environments.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders across the EMEA market.
  • Background in partner-led, channel, alliance, or co-sell sales models.
  • Confidence in engaging both technical teams and senior leaders such as Directors, Vice Presidents, CTOs, and other executives.
  • Strong consultative selling ability and skill in linking solutions to business value and customer goals.
  • Working understanding of data platforms, analytics tools, ETL/ELT technologies, data engineering solutions, or similar enterprise systems.
  • Experience selling outcome-based services, project-based work, or professional services is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and able to perform well in a fast-moving remote setting.
  • Strong planning and multitasking skills to handle several opportunities and stakeholders at once.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA for customer meetings, partner activities, and industry events as required.

Benefits

  • Competitive fixed salary.
  • Unlimited commission plan with strong earning potential.
  • Fully remote working model with flexibility across Europe.
  • Opportunity to join a high-growth, innovative technology business.
  • High ownership and autonomy in shaping regional business development.
  • Exposure to enterprise clients, strategic partnerships, and large transformation initiatives.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that values initiative and impact.
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding international organization.
  • Direct influence on go-to-market planning and regional growth initiatives.
  • An inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity.
