Our rapidly expanding company is laying the foundation for a comprehensive healthcare services platform. Our leadership team brings proven expertise from building and scaling successful healthcare services and health technology firms, supported by senior marketing experts guiding our strategic direction.

Role Overview

We are in search of a motivated and methodical Growth Marketing Specialist to execute impactful marketing initiatives collaboratively with senior marketing professionals and executives. Based in Toronto with a hybrid work setup, this role focuses on hands-on marketing execution including Google Ads, SEO, content creation, email marketing, and more. This position emphasizes practical work, self-driven ownership, and performance measurement aligned with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and optimize paid digital campaigns such as Google Ads and basic paid social channels focusing on keyword management, bidding strategies, and overall campaign performance.
  • Create and publish various written materials including blogs, email campaigns, case studies, and sales collateral.
  • Conduct market research to assess new geographical and segment opportunities, competitor analysis, and gather intelligence informing business expansion.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up activities for trade shows and industry conferences.
  • Apply fundamental SEO techniques to increase organic website traffic.
  • Develop, launch, and analyze email and lifecycle marketing campaigns using appropriate tools.
  • Monitor marketing performance indicators such as site traffic, lead generation, cost per qualified lead, and conversion rates to guide future initiatives.
  • Support sales efforts through necessary inbound and outbound marketing assistance.
  • Contribute to creating scalable clinic acquisition strategies and playbooks specifically for the Canadian market.

Candidate Profile

  • Have approximately 1 to 3 years of marketing experience or a robust academic background in marketing/business coupled with practical exposure like internships or entry-level roles.
  • Display excellent writing skills capable of producing clear and concise content.
  • Possess working knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO fundamentals, email marketing platforms, and website landing pages, with a strong eagerness to improve further.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly learn new technologies including HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, GA4, and email campaign software.
  • Be reliable, well-organized, and adept at managing time and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Be comfortable working in a data-driven environment with clear performance metrics and targets.
  • Experience with AI tools is advantageous but not mandatory; attitude and willingness to learn weigh heavily.

Work Culture and Benefits

  • Join a small, visible team with meaningful responsibilities and direct access to senior leadership without intermediate layers.
  • Engage with a dynamic environment where priorities evolve as the company grows, offering diverse work experiences.
  • Benefit from transparent measurement and discussion about marketing effectiveness.
  • Receive strong support and clear guidance to thrive without micromanagement.
  • Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 plus performance bonuses.
  • Opportunity to collaborate closely with seasoned marketing consultants and executives experienced in healthcare company growth and exits.
  • A defined progression path toward senior marketing roles based on demonstrated results and accountabilities.
