As a Growth Marketing Associate focused on Targeted Partnerships, you will support customer acquisition and engagement through strategic marketing partnerships. The position sits at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, and partner strategy, with campaigns tied to key sports and entertainment moments. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside partners to test new ideas, surface insights, and help expand programs that create measurable business results.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, run, and improve acquisition campaigns with strategic partners so they meet core business objectives.
• Work closely with Creative, Brand, and Growth Marketing teams to build engaging marketing experiences for both new and existing customers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to execute initiatives that support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.
• Review campaign results, spot patterns, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders in partnership with the Marketing Analytics team.
• Handle regular communication with external partners to keep campaigns moving smoothly from setup through delivery.
• Experiment with new partnership formats, channels, and campaign approaches to improve performance and uncover additional growth potential.
• Use AI-enabled tools and other modern technologies to simplify workflows, strengthen campaign outcomes, and generate actionable insights.

What You’ll Need

• At least 6 months of professional experience; background in marketing, sports marketing, communications, analytics, or a related area is preferred.
• Strong planning and organization skills, with the ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• A data-first approach and the ability to turn analysis into practical recommendations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, plus the ability to work well with teammates and external partners.
• Curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and an interest in contributing to innovative marketing work.
• Interest in sports and gaming, along with flexibility to support major events and seasonal activity across the sports calendar.
• Experience in account management, fantasy sports, sports betting, online casino, or prediction-based gaming is an added advantage.

Additional Information

DraftKings is a publicly traded technology company headquartered in Boston. Because this is a regulated gaming business, employment may require obtaining a gaming license from the relevant state agency if your role calls for it. The company will help guide you through that process if needed.

Compensation and Legal Notice

The US base salary for this full-time position ranges from 58,400 USD to 73,000 USD, with bonus, equity, and benefits available as applicable. Final pay within that range depends on job level, work location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
