Key Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing or related roles such as product management, event coordination, sales, partnerships, design, or social media. Experience in B2B or SaaS platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
• A mindset geared towards rapid experimentation, measurement, and iterative improvement.
• Proficient and critical user of AI technologies, employing tools like Claude daily while thoughtfully evaluating AI outputs.
• Highly proactive executor who values launching initiatives even before perfection is attained, embracing a test-and-learn approach.
• Skilled at building and maintaining effective relationships across internal teams and external partners through proactive engagement strategies.
• Business-oriented understanding that every marketing effort should contribute to revenue generation.
• Expertise in brand development and audience growth, particularly through social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Reddit.
• Strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering projects within budget and on schedule while coordinating with various suppliers and teams.
• Willingness and ability to travel to attend events as necessary.
• Experience collaborating closely with sales teams.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns, email marketing, and nurturing leads; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
• Open and eager to expand competence across broader marketing areas like content creation, web management, SEO, and emerging marketing technologies.
