Job description
About the team
Zillow Group is reshaping the real estate transaction, with partner success playing a central role in that transformation. As a Growth Advisor, you will serve as a trusted consultant to Zillow’s top real estate partners in Preferred Markets, including leading agents, team leads, and brokers whose performance strongly influences the Preferred partner segment.
Your work will focus on helping partners strengthen performance, improve conversion, and deepen adoption of Zillow’s platform. Success in this role depends on strong operational guidance, partner enablement, and the ability to turn data into practical recommendations that produce measurable outcomes and improve the consumer experience.
About the role
You will own a portfolio of strategic Zillow Premier Agent partners and act as the primary relationship lead for those accounts. The role requires you to operate with clear business plans, understand each partner’s structure and growth strategy, and communicate insights in a simple, decision-ready way. Regular, data-backed performance reviews will be a key part of helping partners achieve their goals.
You will also drive adoption of Zillow’s connected products and services, including Zillow Home Loans, Follow Up Boss, Zillow Closings, and other evolving capabilities, positioning them as part of a unified transaction experience. You will support onboarding, enablement, and scale-up efforts, while guiding partners through change management with clear expectations, timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
The role calls for strong analytical thinking. You will review lead conversion, close rates, and partner behavior using Salesforce and BI tools such as Tableau, then translate those findings into a short list of high-impact actions. You will also maintain healthy pipeline and forecast discipline so that risks are identified early and strategy can be adjusted before performance slips.
To succeed, you will use consultative selling and Challenger-style thinking to push partners to reconsider their growth approach and team practices. You will build relationships across partner organizations, earn trust with stakeholders at different levels, and communicate the value and return on investment of Zillow solutions in business terms.
You will stay close to the local market by tracking real estate trends, regulations, and competitor movements, while representing Zillow as a field presence in your region. You will also coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Loans, Closings, and other teams to create aligned partner plans, run structured business rhythms such as funnel reviews and account planning, and share frontline feedback to shape product and go-to-market decisions.
Remote work information
This is a remote role. Employees in remote positions do not have a permanent company office and work from a physical location of their choice, which must be disclosed to the company. U.S.-based employees may live in any of the 50 states, subject to limited exceptions.
Compensation
The posted base pay range varies by location. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC, the annual base salary range is $118,600 to $189,400. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia, the annual base salary range is $112,700 to $179,900.
In addition to base pay, this position may receive equity awards depending on experience, performance, and location. Final compensation will vary based on those same factors. Employees in this role will not be paid below the exempt salary threshold required by the state where they live.
Who you are
You should bring at least 6 years of experience in account management, real estate consulting, sales enablement, or B2B client success. A background in real estate, proptech, or outcome-driven partner programs is preferred.
You need to be comfortable working with funnel and financial metrics, and able to connect activity and conversion trends to partner economics and Zillow revenue. You should be able to break down complicated partner or funnel challenges into clear components, propose practical data-based options, and adapt quickly based on results.
Strong influence skills are important, including the ability to challenge partner leaders respectfully through insight, empathy, and well-supported recommendations. Experience helping partners adopt new tools, workflows, or operating models is also essential, along with the ability to reinforce change through coaching and follow-through.
You should be skilled at coordinating across internal teams, defining responsibilities clearly, resolving friction transparently, and keeping systems such as Salesforce and Tableau accurate. A disciplined approach to recurring business rhythms and risk inspection is also expected.
