Job description

About the Team

Zillow Group is reshaping the real estate transaction, with partners playing a central role in that transformation. As a Growth Specialist, you’ll help Zillow’s real estate partners in Preferred Markets adopt Zillow products, follow proven operating practices, and set up workflows that improve efficiency and create a better customer experience.

The role is centered on partner onboarding, enablement, and product adoption. You’ll work within established playbooks and with guidance from senior teammates to help partners get the support and resources they need. Success in this position depends on structured problem-solving, sound judgment based on data, and the ability to turn partner needs into clear action.

What You’ll Do

You’ll manage a portfolio of mainly new and growing Zillow Premier Agent preferred partners, guide onboarding sessions, and deliver training that supports smooth adoption of Zillow Home Loans, Follow Up Boss, Zillow Closings, and other platform features.

You’ll lead consultative discovery conversations to define what success looks like for each partner, uncover the real needs behind surface requests, and connect Zillow solutions to business value that matters to the partner.

You’ll provide ongoing support through established engagement routines, keeping accurate records of plans, risks, and follow-up items so execution stays on track.

You’ll also work to increase consistent use of Zillow’s integrated tools, identify where adoption is slowing down, and adjust support approaches to improve results.

Part of the role is turning adoption goals into practical plans with timelines, milestones, and success measures, while clearly reinforcing the reason behind each recommendation and the behaviors needed to achieve it.

You’ll use partner context, data, and approved playbooks to share best practices and tailor recommendations that help guide priorities and operational decisions.

Tracking and reporting are also key: you’ll use Salesforce and BI dashboards to monitor partner activity and performance, interpret trends, explain what they mean, and identify likely impacts on near-term outcomes.

You’ll spot improvement opportunities, work through root-cause analysis with support, surface risks and dependencies early, and recommend a focused set of next actions aligned to Zillow’s frameworks and partner reality.

Cross-functional collaboration is another core part of the job. You’ll coordinate with teams across Sales, Product, Operations, Loans, and Closings to align handoffs, ownership, and timelines that support partner success.

You’ll participate in team learning sessions, look for opportunities to deepen your product, process, and industry knowledge, and share feedback from partners so onboarding materials and internal workflows can be improved.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote role. Remote employees do not work from a permanent corporate office and instead work from a physical location of their choice that must be provided to the company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 states, with limited exceptions.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range depends on location. In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington, DC, the annual base pay range is $98,900 to $158,100. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Virginia, the annual base pay range is $94,000 to $150,200.

In addition to base pay, this role may receive equity awards, with the final amount influenced by experience, performance, and location. Employees in this position will not be paid below the exempt salary threshold required by the state where they live.

Who You Are

You bring at least 5 years of experience in customer success, coaching, account coordination, partner enablement, or a closely related area.

Experience in real estate, SaaS, or B2B account management is strongly preferred.

You should be comfortable leading presentations, running training sessions, and supporting change adoption through clear expectations, milestones, and follow-up.

You are skilled with CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge is preferred, and you should be open to learning BI tools such as Tableau. You also need to be organized in your documentation and comfortable working within recurring operating rhythms.

Strong business and sales judgment is important, including the ability to read funnel and performance metrics, connect activity to outcomes, and use data to support recommendations.

You also need to be a strong communicator who can build relationships, tailor information to different audiences, address disagreement with facts and examples, and adapt to different partner styles.

The role requires the ability to work independently in a field-based environment while also collaborating across teams to deliver strong partner outcomes.
