We are seeking a Services Account Executive passionate about driving customer success by delivering measurable business outcomes. This role is part of a dynamic sales team focused on transforming customer experiences through innovation, strong partnerships, and strategic influence.

Microsoft Services enables customers to achieve value by aligning their business objectives with transformative technology solutions. We focus beyond technology sales by fostering trusted relationships, understanding customer challenges, and designing customized programs to achieve tangible results. Through consultative engagements and teamwork, we help organizations grow and innovate in a digital and AI-driven era.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the positioning and promotion of the entire Microsoft Services portfolio—including Cloud Acceleration Factory, Unified, and Consulting services—during all phases of the sales cycle.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by collaborating closely with sales and delivery teams to accelerate customers' cloud adoption and AI transformation and optimize customer outcomes.
  • Formulate and implement service strategies within your portfolio by partnering with account teams to develop impactful, outcome-focused account plans.
  • Engage early in the sales process from ideation and qualification through negotiation and closure, ensuring services align with customer priorities and measurable goals.
  • Support customers throughout their journey by reinforcing service value, nurturing relationships, and driving successful contract renewals.
  • Drive growth by proactively co-selling Unified and Consulting services alongside solution sales to expand business opportunities and meet revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Over five years of experience in consulting, services, or solution-oriented sales.
  • Proven track record of success with consultative, outcome-driven selling approaches.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient at managing competing priorities in complex business environments.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results that meet customer and business objectives.
  • Experience navigating complex sales cycles and leading pre-sales engagements.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, methodologies, or industry-specific cloud solutions.
