About the Role and Location
This role is based in Bhat, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited. The position requires on-site presence and focuses on strategic product management within the dermatology domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance brand recognition through well-planned marketing campaigns.
- Perform competitive intelligence and market analysis to discover new product prospects.
- Formulate brand strategies including positioning and promotional tactics.
- Oversee the marketing mix elements, manage the brand lifecycle, and ensure distinct product differentiation.
- Provide training and assistance to sales teams to effectively implement marketing plans.
- Direct customer segmentation strategies, manage CRM initiatives, and develop key account relationships.
- Work closely with the supply chain department to maintain sufficient product stock and availability.
- Conduct extensive market research, review Management Information Systems (MIS), and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities.
- Plan and execute cycle meetings, product launches, and promotional campaigns to boost brand presence.
