What You Will Be Doing

• Guide, coach, and support team members so they can work more efficiently, stay engaged, and remain with the team longer.
• Ensure the store meets merchandising expectations and day-to-day operating standards.
• Take responsibility for financial goals and performance targets.
• Actively identify strong candidates who could join the team.
• Help build a diverse workforce and promote a workplace where everyone feels included and respected.

What You Should Bring

• A practical, helpful approach when handling questions or concerns.
• Willingness to keep learning and a strong focus on delivering positive service.
• Availability for different shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout the full shift.
• Strong leadership qualities and comfort working with people.
• A history of creating positive customer experiences.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Retail experience is considered an advantage.

Compensation

The hiring range for this position is $16.75 to $20.00 per hour. Pay may vary based on a candidate’s experience, knowledge, and the geographic region of the role.
