Role overview
This position focuses on creating marketing and communications assets across both digital and traditional channels. The work spans newsletters, social media campaigns, print materials, and motion graphics, while maintaining a consistent and recognizable brand image.
Key responsibilities
- Develop concepts, designs, and final artwork for marketing and communication materials used online and offline.
- Shape and protect a unified visual brand language in line with corporate identity guidelines.
- Produce creative design solutions quickly for campaigns, product launches, events, and special initiatives.
- Create advertising and performance-focused assets for paid digital channels such as Meta, Google, and similar platforms.
- Design engaging social media content, including product announcements, launch posts, promotional graphics, and other visual communication pieces.
- Support the ongoing visual improvement of the company website together with internal specialist teams.
- Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and external creative partners to deliver projects on time.
- Ensure consistently high design quality across all communication touchpoints.
Profile and requirements
- Completed vocational training or a degree in graphic design, communication design, or a closely related field.
- At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in graphic, brand, or marketing design.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Initial experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is considered an advantage.
- Strong sensitivity for typography, imagery, visual composition, and current design trends.
- Practical experience creating advertising and performance assets for digital marketing campaigns.
- Organized, self-directed, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Creative mindset, team spirit, and the ability to manage several projects at once.
