  • Lead mobile app development activity and manage release processes through app stores.
  • Track performance indicators and improve channels using analytics and customer input.
  • Continuously strengthen usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
  • Handle budget ownership, operational performance, and allocation of resources within the department.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and external partners across a multi-layered ecosystem.
  • Drive change programmes and contribute to broader transformation efforts.
  • Recruit, guide, and develop a high-performing team focused on customer needs.

Candidate profile

The successful applicant will be a senior digital leader capable of operating in a large, complex environment. Strong experience in digital product leadership, channel optimisation, stakeholder management, and team leadership is essential.
