Key responsibilities

- Oversee the creation, improvement, and long-term performance of web and mobile experiences.
- Connect products and services across digital touchpoints while keeping user experience at the centre.
- Lead mobile app development activity and manage release processes through app stores.
- Track performance indicators and improve channels using analytics and customer input.
- Continuously strengthen usability, accessibility, and user engagement.
- Handle budget ownership, operational performance, and allocation of resources within the department.
- Work closely with senior leaders and external partners across a multi-layered ecosystem.
- Drive change programmes and contribute to broader transformation efforts.
- Recruit, guide, and develop a high-performing team focused on customer needs.
