Job description
About the Role
A boutique creative agency in central London specializing in social impact and nonprofit work is seeking a skilled and adaptable integrated graphic designer to join its team. The ideal candidate will hold a design degree or possess relevant professional experience, preferably gained in an agency setting, with commercial design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
You will engage in the full creative process from brainstorming and concept development to execution. Projects are managed by vertical teams including a campaign manager, producer, and designer. Your duties will involve devising creative strategies and producing designs across multiple platforms, including digital media, video, print, and social channels.
Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should present a strong portfolio demonstrating creative work across varied media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, presentation and deck design, video capture and editing is essential. A willingness to integrate AI tools into the creative workflow is expected.
Work Environment
The role operates in a hybrid model, requiring occasional onsite presence at the London studio. It also involves supporting live events, workshops, and campaigns, often within youth-focused programs and educational settings.
Team and Career Progression
You will collaborate closely with a team of three other designers. The agency offers training and development pathways aimed at advancing designers to senior roles as they gain experience.
Compensation and Policy
The salary ranges from £36,000 to £40,000 annually, depending on experience, with additional pay for overtime when necessary. The hybrid work policy balance includes some onsite duties at their central London location.
