Role Purpose and Overview
Join an international apparel design team working closely with marketing and development for the Business Unit Football. Your primary focus will be to craft innovative and market-aligned graphic designs for the world’s largest licensed partners, blending a passion for football heritage with cutting-edge fashion and athlete needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver creative graphic solutions aligned with the category direction and seasonal strategies.
- Maintain consistency in design by applying overall Design Direction and market trends to graphics.
- Manage your creative workflow independently, ensuring adherence to category design languages.
- Execute graphic designs following adidas’s visual and corporate identity standards, including legal compliance.
- Present graphic and design concepts clearly, both internally and externally.
- Facilitate smooth communication and processes between design, marketing, and development within cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and handover detailed tech packs and artwork for development, including original files, color details, sizing, and execution instructions.
- Design apparel graphics, select materials, and define colors based on managerial direction and marketing collaboration, including creating 3D concepts and digital assets for decision-making processes.
Collaborative Relationships
- Work closely with Marketing teams

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- In-depth graphic design expertise with awareness of competitive market dynamics.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
- Excellent verbal and visual communication and presentation skills.
- Experience or knowledge in apparel-specific graphics and product development including materials and trims.
- Familiarity with tech pack creation and apparel development workflows.
- High creativity and artistic vision.
- Strong command of Macintosh design software and hardware.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience with 3D design tools (such as Clo3D) is advantageous.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design.
