Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Technical Recruiter who is motivated to embark on a career in IT recruitment. This position offers close collaboration with seasoned recruiters and account managers, providing an excellent learning environment to grasp the fundamentals of technical recruitment and foster lasting connections with candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with candidates through phone calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
• Assist throughout the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating candidates.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates and internal teams.
• Gain knowledge about IT roles, relevant technologies, and the tech recruitment market via hands-on training.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of candidate records and documentation within company systems.

Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills combined with confidence in interpersonal interactions.
• Fluency in both German and English languages, spoken and written.
• Keen interest in IT and technology with a readiness to learn technical concepts.
• Ability to build relationships and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Methodical, dependable, and self-motivated work ethic.

Desirable Attributes

• Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, sales, or client-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or comparable professional networking tools is beneficial.
