Role Overview

The Implementation Consultant will be instrumental in deploying transformative technology solutions that assist community organizations and their beneficiaries. Acting as a key liaison, you will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements, lead implementation processes, and maximize the utilization of Infoxchange’s platforms. This position is available at either the Brisbane or Melbourne office, providing a collaborative setting among passionate sector professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customer needs using diverse approaches including stakeholder interviews and workshops.
  • Address incoming sales inquiries and develop proposals.
  • Configure client and case management solutions based on agreed scopes, applying programming skills in JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and SQL as required.
  • Track and update tasks and project management information within internal business systems.
  • Design customer-centered solutions leveraging existing product features.
  • Offer configuration support including troubleshooting and bug resolutions.
  • Manage all aspects of small to medium configuration projects, covering scope, timeline, deliverables, and changes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining internal documentation.
  • Conduct training sessions for end users.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Experience working within a SaaS environment, encompassing requirement gathering and product implementation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver demonstrations, presentations, and workshops effectively.
  • Strong business analysis capabilities to elicit user stories and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Proven ability in customer engagement and business development.
  • Hands-on programming/querying experience in JavaScript/jQuery, XML, and SQL.
  • Excellent organizational and self-management skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity or experience in the not-for-profit or community services sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Track record of delivering projects adhering to scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Skilled in analysis tasks including writing user stories, gathering functional requirements, and defining acceptance criteria.
