Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with team members to provide solutions for our clients.
• Identify, assess, and shortlist verified technology candidates.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop comprehensive industry knowledge to understand complex client needs.
• Begin working in recruitment delivery, with progression opportunities into business development roles.
• Expand responsibilities to include acquiring new clients, managing own accounts, and driving sales results.

Qualifications and Attributes

We hire based on determination and ambition rather than background. Previous sales success, experience in retail, hospitality, sports, or academics demonstrating competitiveness, and drive are highly regarded.
