Job description
Role overview
Enterprise Mobility is a privately held global mobility company operating in 95 countries, with a workforce of nearly 90,000 and annual turnover of $39 billion. The business is led by CEO Chrissy Taylor, representing the third generation of the Taylor family, and is focused on long-term growth for its people, customers, and the organisation.
Why this programme stands out
This graduate pathway is designed to help you discover and build leadership ability, with a realistic route to branch management in a retail operation in as little as two years. Many of the company’s senior leaders, including the current CEO, began in this position.
From the outset, you will be given meaningful responsibilities and practical exposure across customer service, sales, marketing, finance, operations, and related business areas. The company also offers performance-linked incentives and a promotion path that supports career progression without needing to move to another employer.
Learning and development are central to the role, with a mix of classroom-based learning, hands-on training, and mentorship to help you grow your skills over time.
The organisation also emphasises inclusion and diversity of thought, welcoming a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of customer service by managing reservations, responding to queries, and building positive relationships with customers from different backgrounds.
- Support sales and marketing activity by connecting with local business partners, expanding your network, and developing long-term commercial relationships.
- Build an understanding of financial performance, including cost management and reading profit and loss information.
- Learn the operational side of the business, including fleet management, forward planning, and performance improvement.
- Develop leadership capability through mentoring, training, and supporting the growth of your future team.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience may be accepted instead.
- A full manual driving licence from the Republic of Ireland, the UK, or the EU is required; accommodations can be made for candidates who cannot drive because of a disability.
- No drug- or alcohol-related offence may appear on the driving record within the last five years.
- The role cannot be supported with an employment permit under the current regulations.
- Candidates will be assessed on performance against the company’s competencies rather than on socio-economic background, university attended, subject studied, or degree classification.
- Applicants should be able to request and discuss any reasonable recruitment accommodations they may need.
- Applications should be limited to one location/job posting based on where the candidate lives or intends to work.
- This vacancy is open for applicants tied to Athlone.
