About the Role
Amazon is committed to innovation and excellence every day. We are seeking a highly motivated recent graduate to join our Human Resources department as an HR Partner at the Amazon Fulfillment Center. This role involves being the primary HR contact for Team Leads and Area Managers, fostering a positive employee experience, managing complex associate issues, and supporting investigative processes. You will work closely with operations and HR teams to implement company-wide programs and continuously seek ways to innovate and simplify HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and support to Team Leads and Area Managers on a variety of HR topics.
- Manage employee cases according to local employment laws, including conflict resolution.
- Assist with investigations related to employee relations in compliance with legislation.
- Champion initiatives to improve workplace environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate hiring, recruitment, and engagement activities.
- Develop and maintain effective communication plans within the HR team.
- Lead or participate in special HR projects as required.
- Analyze data on attrition, attendance, workforce management, recruitment, and engagement to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct compliance audits applying knowledge of local employee laws under management supervision.

Required Qualifications
- A valid university degree by the start date of employment.
- Fluency in English and the local language spoken in the country of application, with at least a C1 level proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Basic understanding of employment law and HR or payroll procedures.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic, or multinational work environments.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in human resources or related field.
- Proven skills in stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on continuous process improvements and innovation.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively.
- A demonstrated proactive attitude, curiosity, and resilience to thrive in ambiguous fast-moving situations.
