Overview
Amazon Ads Marketing is seeking highly skilled Executive Assistants for our New York City location to provide support to multiple senior business leaders. Amazon Ads integrates eCommerce and advertising, delivering innovative digital advertising solutions designed to help customers discover and purchase products. Our team focuses intensively on customers, building world-class products that connect advertisers with Amazon customers on Amazon's platforms and partner sites.
Role Expectations
The ideal candidate is a proactive, tech-savvy problem solver able to anticipate business needs and prioritize competing demands efficiently. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role demands discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information, with the ability to independently execute complex tasks and respond quickly when urgent issues arise. Working onsite five days per week is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Manage intricate calendars involving internal and external meeting scheduling and logistics coordination.
- Organize detailed domestic and international travel plans and handle related expense reporting.
- Coordinate event logistics including catering, accommodations, audiovisual equipment, and presentation materials for various activities like global meetings and team events.
- Plan and support office space needs as well as facilitate office relocations.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, Recruiting, and other Executive Assistants across Amazon Ads.
- Participate in key meetings, track deliverables, and follow up on action items efficiently.
- Develop creative solutions to internal and external challenges.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional or military experience.
- Proficiency in managing executive-level calendars.
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Preferred: Experience in a high-paced technology environment and managing multiple calendars simultaneously.

The total compensation package includes a base salary range of $66,300 to $107,100 annually, sign-on bonuses, and stock units.
