Role Overview
We are currently seeking a Graduate Finance Executive to join our Dublin headquarters team. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager and offers a prime opportunity for recent graduates to advance their careers in finance within a fast-growing healthcare environment. The role is full-time and based in-office.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Contribute to the annual audit process and preparation of statutory filings.
- Assist with day-to-day finance operations including sales, purchase processing, accounts payable, and receivable functions.
- Analyze financial data to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Participate in cost analysis, pricing reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining financial models.
- Support payroll administration, expense claims, and pension record keeping.
- Assist with regulatory compliance including VAT returns, VIES, Intrastat submissions, and other financial regulations.
- Maintain finance records and systems while aiding process enhancements within the finance team.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Exceptional numerical aptitude and strong analytical capabilities.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
- Able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently.
- Self-driven with eagerness to learn and work independently and collaboratively.
