Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Graduate Finance Executive to join our Dublin headquarters team. This position reports directly to the Finance Manager and offers a prime opportunity for recent graduates to advance their careers in finance within a fast-growing healthcare environment. The role is full-time and based in-office.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  • Contribute to the annual audit process and preparation of statutory filings.
  • Assist with day-to-day finance operations including sales, purchase processing, accounts payable, and receivable functions.
  • Analyze financial data to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
  • Participate in cost analysis, pricing reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining financial models.
  • Support payroll administration, expense claims, and pension record keeping.
  • Assist with regulatory compliance including VAT returns, VIES, Intrastat submissions, and other financial regulations.
  • Maintain finance records and systems while aiding process enhancements within the finance team.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Holder of a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Highly organized with effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Office suite.
  • Able to handle multiple assignments and deadlines efficiently.
  • Self-driven with eagerness to learn and work independently and collaboratively.
