Role Overview
This two-year Graduate Program is designed for motivated graduates who want to begin a consulting career focused on innovation, sustainability, and problem-solving. The opportunity is available in the Newcastle and Sydney offices, with this intake joining the Environmental Management & Approvals team for 2027.

- Work with a range of specialists and learn how multiple disciplines combine to deliver successful projects.

- Build an understanding of how work is delivered in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Take part in industry events and represent Egis as you grow professionally.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking recent graduates, or students graduating before February 2027, with a tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or Environmental Management. Applicants must also have the right to live and work full-time in Australia.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, thinks creatively, communicates effectively in both written and verbal form, and enjoys building strong working relationships in a multidisciplinary setting. Experience with GIS is viewed very positively. Previous vacation placement or internship experience in consulting is an advantage, and experience gained in retail, hospitality, or customer service can also be relevant.
