Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to provide comprehensive recruitment support across New Zealand, with occasional responsibilities extending to the Asia Pacific region. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC, this role will engage closely with hiring managers and key business units to attract and secure top talent across a variety of professional disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and manage the entire recruitment process.
- Forecast hiring needs and develop targeted talent pools critical to business success.
- Utilize professional networks and online recruitment platforms to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Design and implement effective talent attraction strategies tailored to business requirements.
- Promote and support a culture of diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
- Work with the HR team to support talent development pathways, succession planning, and employee retention.
- Assist with global mobility initiatives across the Egis Group, regional offices, and business units.
- Support the evolution and improvement of talent acquisition processes and systems.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of three years recruitment experience within engineering, consulting, or architecture sectors, either in-house or agency-based.
- Strong organisational skills capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities and a genuine commitment to building robust internal relationships.
- Proactive and consultative approach to business partnerships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters platform is highly desirable.
- Dedication to diversity and inclusion, with a focus on sourcing and promoting diverse candidates.
