Role Overview
We are looking for a dependable and proactive Grade 3 Storeperson to strengthen our warehouse operations at Bandiana, Victoria. This position suits individuals with solid warehousing capabilities who thrive in fast-moving environments.
Primary Duties
- Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently.
- Accurately pick and pack orders as per specifications.
- Maintain effective inventory monitoring and control procedures.
- Operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks, subject to licensing.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
- Adhere strictly to site policies and regulatory requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in warehousing or as a storeperson is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail paired with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Effective communication capabilities.
- Australian citizenship is mandatory.
Preferred but Not Required
- Current or obtainable security clearance.
- Background in defence or secure workplace environments.
- Possession of a valid forklift operator licence.
