Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent Gold Loan Officer responsible for lead generation and acquisition of new gold loan customers. The role involves promoting gold loan offerings through direct field visits and referrals while educating clients on loan specifics such as features, interest rates, and repayment terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads for acquiring new gold loan clients.
• Promote gold loan products through on-ground customer interaction and referral networks.
• Provide clear explanations on loan features, interest charges, and repayment plans.
• Support customers throughout the loan application and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with appraisal and operations teams to ensure swift loan processing.
• Maintain strong, ongoing customer relationships.
• Meet monthly sales and business targets effectively.
• Conduct follow-ups with existing clients for loan renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must hold a graduate degree.
• Experience ranging from one to three years in banking sales or CASA acquisition is preferred.
• Prior exposure to SME or business banking will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and relationship management capabilities are essential.
• Candidates must have sound knowledge of the local market and should be fluent in the local language.
